Disputes related to TikTok Shop orders should be initiated through TikTok Shop's resolution center.

eBay

Orders placed through our eBay store are also subject to eBay's User Agreement and Money Back Guarantee policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and eBay's policies, eBay's policies will govern for transactions conducted on their platform. Disputes related to eBay orders should be initiated through eBay's Resolution Center.

5. Sales Tax

Marketplace orders may have tax collected and remitted directly by the marketplace platform (e.g., TikTok Shop or eBay) as a Marketplace Facilitator, in accordance with applicable state laws.

We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines and carriers may differ depending on the sales channel (website, TikTok Shop, or eBay). We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
