1. Who we are

Nexwio LLC is a Florida limited liability company (document no. L22000194574) at 7901 4th St N, Ste 7632, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. Nexwio is the legal entity that operates Brimeo, an AI voice agent service for small and mid-sized businesses. Brimeo is a trading name of Nexwio LLC, not a separate company. Nexwio does not offer any other product or service.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the billing records Nexwio keeps when you pay for Brimeo.

3. What we collect on this website

This website has no contact forms, no accounts and no advertising trackers.

Like any website, our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically processes basic technical information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse: your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. We don't use this to identify you.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website: which pages are viewed, how people arrive, roughly where they are and what device they use. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

We use it for measurement only. Advertising features are switched off, and we do not combine analytics data with anything that identifies you personally.

Google processes this data under its own terms — see How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out at any time with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

5. When you pay for Brimeo

Because Brimeo is Nexwio's own product, when you pay for Brimeo you are paying Nexwio LLC directly. Card payments are processed by Airwallex, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider.

We never see or store your full card number. We receive and keep:

• the name and business on the account
• billing email and address
• the amount, date and status of each charge
• the card type and last four digits, so you can tell which card was used

We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires — generally up to seven years.

6. If you email us

We keep your message and your email address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Each is bound by its own terms to protect the information it handles. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

8. Where information is held

Nexwio is a US company and Brimeo is offered in the United States only. Information is stored in the United States. Our team works from Pakistan and accesses systems under confidentiality obligations, role-based access limits and multi-factor authentication. We say this plainly rather than leaving you to find out later.

9. Your rights

Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it or have it deleted. Even where the law doesn't require it, we will honour a reasonable request to see or delete your information — we hold very little, so it's usually quick.

Email privacy@brimeo.io. Nexwio and Brimeo are run by one team, so requests for either go to the same inbox. We respond within 45 days. Billing records may need to be kept after a deletion request where tax law requires it, and we'll tell you if that applies.

10. Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes and contact

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If we start collecting something new — a contact form, for example — we'll update this page before it goes live.
