The rules for using this website, and how Nexwio relates to Brimeo.

1. Who we are

Nexwio LLC is a Florida limited liability company (document no. L22000194574) at 7901 4th St N, Ste 7632, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. Nexwio operates Brimeo. Brimeo is a trading name of Nexwio LLC, not a separate company, and Nexwio offers no other product or service.

2. Brimeo has its own terms

If you use or buy Brimeo, the Brimeo Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum govern that relationship. These Terms of Use cover this website only. If anything here conflicts with the Brimeo documents, the Brimeo documents take priority for anything to do with the Brimeo service.

3. Payments

When you pay for Brimeo, you are paying Nexwio LLC. Card payments are processed by Airwallex.

Charges appear on your card statement as BRIMEO.

Pricing, call allowances, credits, auto top-up, cancellation and refunds are all set out in section 4 of the Brimeo Terms of Service.

Don't recognise a charge? Before contacting your card provider, email admin@brimeo.io with the date and amount. We'll identify it and sort it out — usually faster than a dispute would.

4. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not:

attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to any system connected to it
interfere with its operation, or overload it with automated requests
scrape or copy its content in bulk
use it to transmit malware or anything unlawful

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website, and the Nexwio and Brimeo names and logos, belong to Nexwio LLC. You may link to this website, but you may not reuse its content or our names and logos without our permission.

6. Links to other websites

This website links to brimeo.io and to third-party sites. Brimeo's pages are governed by Brimeo's own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

7. No warranty

This website is provided "as is". It gives general information about Nexwio and Brimeo and is not professional, legal or financial advice. We try to keep it accurate but don't guarantee it is complete or up to date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Nexwio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability relating to this website is limited to US$100. Our liability for the Brimeo service is governed by the Brimeo Terms of Service, not by this section.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this website will be handled by the state and federal courts in Pinellas County, Florida. Disputes about the Brimeo service are resolved under section 14 of the Brimeo Terms of Service, which provides for arbitration.
